A unique aquarium among the other centerpieces of the world’s largest shopping mall, the Dubai Mall Aquarium is home to over 30,000 aquatic animals, including Gentoo penguins, they can be found in their natural habitat around the Antarctic peninsula and Subantarctic islands. A manually controlled temperature and special lighting facility have been built to maintain the subantarctic environment conditions. Get ready to jump into the penguin cove and see these beautiful creatures face to face and learn about their fascinating natural behaviors. With 10 million liters of water, this Dubai attraction holds the world record for the largest hanging aquarium in the world, covering from the first to the third level of the Dubai Mall. You will have access to the underwater zoo, you can pass through the 48-m-long underwater tunnel, swim with sharks, give food to fish, snorkel, or even take a boat trip with a glass ceiling.
