• Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. You can choose the exact time slot you would like to visit the Burj when making your reservation.
• Food and beverages from outside are strictly prohibited.
• Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

• Your entry ticket will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp if you provide details, or you will be able to exchange the ticket at our office or at the park counter but it is compulsory to provide your contact no. to give you an updated ticket no. to print the ticket at the counter.
