Important Information

• UAE Residents are kindly requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID during their visit.
• Entry to the park is subject to Park rules and regulations.
• To gain entry to the park, you must present either the electronic ticket or a printout at the admission gate.
• Some attractions have a height restriction of below 1.1 meters.
• Appropriate swimwear is required, and babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
• Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 or older to enter the waterpark.
• We do not hold any responsibility if any ride is unexpectedly non-operational.
