- Pick-up is available only from selected areas in Abu Dhabi city center.
- Pregnant women and people with heart or serious health issues cannot join for safety reasons.
- Children must always be supervised by parents or guardians.
- Smoking, alcohol, or carrying such items is not allowed in vehicles.
- Activities may change or be cancelled due to weather or government rules. Prior notice will be given.
- Children can join only the desert safari part and will be charged accordingly.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicles.
