The expo would be held at an area that covers 438-hectares and consists of 3 districts based on the sub-themes of the event, i.e. Opportunity, Mobility, and Sustainability. There is also a central pavilion, Al Wasl Plaza, which connects all the districts. With the tickets to Dubai Expo 2020, you would be able to enter the place from any of the 4 entrances.

- Disabled Guests must enter the theme park on a full-priced day ticket & need to provide proof of disability, one helper can gain entry to the theme park for free with them.
- No strollers are allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- A valid photo ID is mandatory to gain entry to the park.
- Rides will operate subject to availability.
- Children below 1.05 m get to enter for free. Child tickets (Between 1.05 m - 1.19 m) and senior citizen tickets are available at reduced prices.
- Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
