• Please book at least one day in advance.
• Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled to the next day.

Important Information

• Sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Maximum weight for Deep Water experience: 110 kg.
• Pregnant guests or those on menstrual cycle are not allowed in the pool.
• Not recommended for guests with medical risks.
• No refund/reschedule for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Pool temperature: 23°C.
• Shower & changing rooms available for Dolphin Planet guests.
• Wetsuits are provided; swimwear must be worn underneath.
• Check-in at least 10 minutes before session; late arrivals (9 mins or less) = no show.
• Guests have 10–30 minutes before the session to change & shower.
• Liability waiver must be signed (for children ≤11 yrs, by parent/guardian). Refusal = booking forfeited.
• Personal cameras/phones not allowed in the pool. Photography & video available at extra cost.
• Trainers provide full safety briefing before the session.
• Trainer may cancel the session without refund if safety rules are not followed.
