Important Information

Guests must arrive at least 45 minutes before the show starts.

Tickets are valid only for the booked attraction.

No refund / no transfer once payment is made.

If guests arrive late, Dubai Dolphinarium has the right to refuse entry without refund or reschedule.

Children under 7 years must be accompanied by an adult inside the show arena.

Proof of age for children is required.

Strollers are not allowed inside the arena and must be left at the reception area.

Guests must not stand or run behind the barricades.

The first 3 rows are splash zones. Guests may get wet in this zone.

Live streaming or broadcasting of the show is not allowed.

Customers are not allowed to touch the water in the pool or throw any material on it.

Camera equipment can be used as long as it does not inconvenience other guests.

The management has the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.

All regular seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no assigned seats, regardless of the section selected during booking.

Guests must remain seated during the show and avoid standing or walking to take photos or videos that may disturb others or affect the performance.
