Important Information
- Please carry a valid ID or passport.
- Pregnant women and guests with heart issues, serious knee/back pain, or major surgery in the last 6 months are not allowed to participate.
- Please check child policy and height/weight requirements before booking, as each activity has different rules.
- Glasses or sunglasses must be secured with an elastic strap.
- Sharp objects are not allowed in pockets.
- Flip-flops, sandals, sliders, high heels, and bare feet are not permitted. Proper closed footwear is required.
- Clothing must be culturally appropriate.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed on attractions.
- Long hair must be tied back during activities.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Participants take part at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions.
- No refunds for shortened experiences due to bad weather.
- AED 50 per hour (or part of an hour) will be charged for exceeding activity time or late return of safety equipment.
- Activities close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- All equipment must be returned 15 minutes before closing.
